Doocli is a medium scale family firm, all our furniture is made in own factory (none is sourced from other producers). This ensures all process and details controlled based on our uniformed quality standards and QC system. Ever since 2004, our factory owner Mr. Eric Liang has been working in high quality furniture business, cooperating deeply with Japanese, Italian, Danish designers and western customers.

 

Our quality might be probably in the top 20% in this business in China, which is not only a marketing advertisement but determined choices and efforts. Plus, we are never interested to reduce and select lower specification materials. This is a life-time promise to all customers, no discriminations. Though easier said than done, whatever temptation we face, will never compromise on quality.

 

Due to our good reputations accumulated year by year, we have built a loyal, firm and more years' cooperating managing and worker team, thus won regular customers' trust and support. We suggest our customers introduce our products from following aspects to your clients:

 

(1)  The reinforced metal frame contributes to more years’ use in various conditions. Scientifically and comfortably shaped prototypes from the beginning will ensure a consistent perfect production and no changes time to time. Our dimensions are made basically large and mostly fully welded (rarely knocked down).


(2)  For residential-level furniture, less recycled materials injected, thicker thickness rattan, makes our furniture appearance superior, energetic and attractive. Apart from the material, the No. 1 important thing we care, is to weave tight enough, and ensure the rattan staying tight while being used in sunny seasons. 


(3)  Cushions are the soul of furniture, and we have been always paying significant attention to guarantee the sitting comforts and durability. Unlike some other manufacturers, we use real 25 density sponge foam with good elasticity, and we DON'T use any erect foams. We believe all users desiring for long lasting wonderful cushions, instead of the ones that only look OK on the surface.


(4)  For our exposed aluminum furniture ranges, we choose to apply stainless steel #304 accessories only. Any bolts and screws will not get rust lifelong. No exceptions. 


(5)  We acknowledge that sometimes we are not doing well enough, therefore we are eager to listening to feedbacks and constructive advices. We will improve straightforwardly for better and add to value for our users.

 

(6)  Finally, we are not expensive, fairly aiming at a win-win partnership in the long terms.
